- During this weekend, Ale Fale Restaurant presents a special mushroom-inspired menu. The concept has been created by our Umili Flavor Creator, Chef Maciej Jeleń—a talented chef with many years of international experience, a true composer of flavours and passionate culinary artist.
- Inspired by traditional recipes and elevated with his own creative approach and bold flavour combinations, Chef Jeleń has prepared a unique seasonal menu. We especially recommend trying the creamy mushroom soup made with homemade sourdough starter and baked potato, as well as the beef Stroganoff with wild forest mushrooms, steamed yeast dumpling, and sour cream.
